1.) Meet the manager

 Make an appointment with the manager to do the move in with you on your move in day.

2.) Pay first month's rent

Money order, cashiers check or bank check, only.  We do NOT accept personal checks for the first month's rent. 

3.) Sign documents

4.) Get keys

5.) Get parking permit or be shown your parking space

 Receive a parking permit for your car (if applicable) Or, for non-permit parking complexes, you will be shown your parking space.

6.) Do walk through inspection of unit

7.) Receive mailbox key from manager

 Except Sunny Court and Almaden Park which requires you make a personal visit to the post office.

For Sunny Court Apartments residents:  Go to the Post Office located at FOOTHILL STATION: 1085 McGinness Avenue, San Jose, CA . Bring your ID and rental agreement.

For Almaden Park Apartments residents: Go to the post office located  at 1750 Meridian Avenue in San Jose. Bring your ID and rental agreement.

9.) Set up utilities, change of address, etcetera:

Update your driver license

1.) Give 30 days notice in writing

Notice must be in writing.  Please include your name, address and the date you will vacate the unit.  Please be sure to sign and date the Notice.  Also, be advised that per the terms of the Month-to-Month Rental Agreement, tenant is required to give a full 30 days notice to vacate the unit and is responsible for rent for those 30 days.

2.) Do move out inspection

Meet the manager on your move out day and do the walk-through of the unit with the manager and sign the move OUT form.

3.) Return all keys

4.) Give the manager your new address

We will refund your deposit within 21 business days of your vacate date
