* We require completed and signed applications on all adult occupants 18 years of age or older

* EXCELLENT credit
* NO evictions
* EXCELLENT rental payment history and tenancy history

* VERIFIABLE INCOME  -  Applicants must show enough combined verifiable income of at least 3 times the monthly rent to be considered for an apartment
* NO SECTION 8 - Sorry we do not participate in the Section 8 housing program

* INDOOR CATS OK! Additional $200 deposit per cat is required. Maximum of 3 kitties.  Sorry NO Dogs allowed except service animals
